The Influence Of Internet+ On The Circulation Efficiency Of Agricultural Products

As a key link to achieve value of agricultural products,the efficiency of circulation in agricultural products is related to fundamental interests of farmers.Efficient circulation of agricultural products will not only help to improve the market system and income of farmers,but also promote rural economy,adjust industrial structure of agriculture,and solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and establish a modern agricultural development system.On the one hand,this paper establishes nine variables in circulation speed,circulation efficiency and circulation scale,which is based on the previous study and the difficulty of obtaining the data.By using the Factor Analysis,this paper analyzes the relevant indexes,measures the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in China from 2000 to 2014 and explains the stage of efficiency which combined with the previous study from 1998 to 2014.In general,the efficiency is on the rise with some declines.The efficiency will continue to rise in the future.On the other hand,the Internet has made positive progress integrated with finance and so on.In the study of "Internet+ Agriculture",a plenty of studies focus on application of agricultural production rather than circulation.The study of "Internet + Circulation of Agricultural Products"are numbered,and most of them simply described the advantages.There is no study on the integration and development.Through the analysis of typical cases,this paper proposes countermeasures to accelerate the integration.The first is to improve laws and regulations of agricultural products e-commerce to protect the security of transactions;the second is to speed up the construction of rural information and improve the efficiency of resource allocation;the third is to cultivate professional talents and popularize network marketing knowledge;the fourth is to build a modern rural logistics system and encourage the third party to participate.
