Research On The Coupling Development Of Strategic Emerging Industry And Traditional Industry Under Collaborative Innovation

In 2017,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of C hina put forward "building a modern economic system" for the first time.The modern economic system is driven by innovation and supported by a high-end,high-quality and high-tech industrial system.The key is to build a modern ind ustrial system and modern industry.The construction of the system takes the cultivation and growth of strategic emerging industries as the starting point,and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries as the main driving force.It can be seen from this that the relationship between strategic emerging industries and traditional industries needs to be handled well.The two are not simply antagonistic or alternative,but interdependent,interactive,and mutually influential.They should play a driving role in collaborative innovation.Combine the two.The coupling of the two is conducive to expanding the development scale of strategic emerging industries,increasing the contribution rate of the industry's economic growth,and at the same time contributing to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Based on this,the article mainly studies the coupling of the two industries under collaborative innovation from the following aspects.First of all,on the basis of systematically reviewing and commenting on relevant research literatures on collaborative innovation and the coupling of two industries at home and abroad,the relevant concepts are defined and related theories are elaborated,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on the coupling development between industries.Secondly,on the basis of defining the connotation of strategic emerging industries and traditional industries,explore the collaborative innovation path of the two,and analyze the coupling motivation,coupling relationship,coupling content and coupling stage of the two under collaborative innovation.Thirdly,based on the inter-industry collaborative innovation relationship to build a collaborative innovation evaluation index system,us ing the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model,taking Tianjin's strategic emerging industry-aerospace,traditional industry-petrochemical industry as an example,to measure the coupling degree and Coupling coordination degree,analyze the current situation and existing problems of industrial coupling.Finally,based on the results of the empirical analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the coupling development of the two dimensions from perfecting the collaborative innovation policy system,creating an external environment conducive to collaborative innovation,synergy between government,industry,academia and research,and constructing a collaborative innovation network.
