The development of Internet information technology provides a new approach for the innovation of enterprises profit model. Internet-based system has spawned the rise of new industries, internet ordering system is produced in such environment. Online ordering system to meet the fast rhythm of life, but also has changed people’s food habit in a certain extent. However, although the ordering website has experienced more than10years of development in China, Because of its single profit model and inadequate innovation pattern, ordering system suffered a bottleneck in the development of the site. Third party ordering website began to seek new development opportunities. They constantly cultivate markets to explore different niche model of the ordering model. With expanding enrollment scale, the group gradually prominent, the college students were separately as a niche group.In a certain sense, business model determines the enterprise’s productivity; this article focuses on the study of exploring effective local university online ordering network business model. The first chapter of this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad; The second chapter reviews operation mode and the network marketing related theory; We compare network ordering business model in our country with that in foreign countries in order to grasp the most advanced research results in this fielding in chapter three The fourth chapter we argue the feasibility of local university online ordering network from the market demand and financial aspects; On the basis of feasibility analysis,The fifth chapter design the pattern of local university online ordering network, and at the same time corresponding strategic analysis model is established; Chapter VI start to explore its operating strategy, and give appropriate policy recommendations.. Based on the former and present researches, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the internet ordering system in the implementation of enterprise. It adopts the questionnaire and Delphi method, SWOT strategy analysis method and during analyzing the SWOT strategy analysis model is established. The article also analyzed how to carry out the order web project in Changchun, Shenyang, Harbin and national colleges and universities using the innovative brand marketing strategy. I hope that these analyzes can find innovative ideas for the pattern of local university online ordering network.
