Future for a long period of time, textile exports remains animportant driving force for economic development China’s textile exports face traderegimes external environment is becoming more open countries, fewer tariff barriersin international trade, the adjustment of the room getting smaller and smaller,"non-trade efficiency" as a hidden market barriers more and more attention. How tosolve the "non-efficiency trade" issue or how to alleviate this problem are the world’sgovernments and business concerns. How to reduce cross-border trade’ technicalbarriers with trade facilitation is important.The study was conducted research on the US and China and choose to explorethe relationship between the textile trade flows and trade facilitation between Chinaand US. This paper aimed at discovering affect about US textile trade flows by tradefacilitation factors, different trade facilitation measures to quantify the impact on thetextile trade flows, to help China’s textile export enterprises. Research begin withdefine the trade facilitation, and then at the conclusion of the overall situation of UStextile trade and characteristics, based on the sort of empirical research on tradefacilitation, proposed research ideas. Firstly, we use trade facilitation, evaluationmethod proposed by the World Bank to evaluate trade facilitation levels about US andChina. The results showed that since2007the U.S. level of trade facilitation is notretrograde, and new trade protectionism, but also on the U.S. Customs and changemanagement concepts related. The same period, China’s trade facilitation has beengreatly improved, in line with China’s interests to develop export-oriented economy. Secondly, based on the influence of the gravity model to build a theoretical model ofUS textile trade and the development of a database using data sources such as theWorld Bank collected to validate the model and found that bilateral population size,economies of scale have a significant positive impact on trade flows, only the UnitedStates trade facilitation significant positive impact on US textile trade flows, theimpact of Chinese trade facilitation was not significant.Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical study based on the analysis, thispaper summarizes the factors that affect US textile trade, particularly trade facilitationexperience for our enterprise analysis of trade facilitation measures in the UnitedStates on China’s textile export favorable influence and adversely affected. China’stextile export enterprises deeply understand the importance of trade facilitation ontrade, the U.S. trade imbalance facilitation understand the various aspects ofdevelopment, focusing on the use of U.S. trade facilitation environment, expandingexports.
