Heilongjiang Province Local Agricultural Modernization Development Strategy Research

Heilongjiang reclamation area is the dominant region for developing China’s modernizedagriculture.It sustains fairly high development level, and it is a meaningful exploration forreclamation area promoting the local modernized agriculture. Nevertheless, in the process ofreclamation area leading the local modernized agriculture, some problems come into being, likethe rather low commercialization level of the farm product and pasture product, the insufficientproductivity inputs, the lagged modernized agriculture, and so on. We should consider theeseesence of the reclamation area, the localized area and the modernized big agriculture together,make the research from multiple sides and summarize the feasibility and the problems forreclamation area’s promoting the modernized agriculture. The research tries to do a further studyfor reclamation area promoting the modernized agriculture.Firstly, through summarizing the research performance from home and abroad, we come to theconclusion that doing the research about the reclamation area’s promoting the modernized bigagriculture is essential. It gives the precise definition for the research orientation, the method andthe logical structure of the reclamation area and the localized part’s developing the modernizedagriculture. Meanwhle, the previous research performances provide the thinking track and theusage value;Secondly, the research briefly describe the concepts of the farm, the state-owned farm, themodern agriculture, and the modernized big agriculture, the character and the feature of themodernized big agriculture, and the relevant theories.it’s the cornerstone for the research aboutthe modernized big agriculture,the theoretical basis for the comparative analysis between thereclamation area and the localized area’s modernized agriculture and the technical support usedto measure the degree that the reclamation area promoting the localized moderenized bigagriculture’s development;Thirdly, through comparing the agricultural development’s different conditions inHeilongjiang province, the reclamation area and the local part, we make the comprehensivelycomparative analysis from multiple angles. Then we get the knowledge that the reclamation areaalready achieved some performance and became the model area. But for the local, themodernized agriculture just starts the first steps and faces up to difficulties. In that. We could get the point the reclamation area has the qualification to promote the localized agriculturaldevelopment;Fourthly, based on the feasibility of reclamation area promoting the localized agriculturaldevelopment, the research points out the strategic orientation and the key points after applyingthe SWOT analysis, and gives the suggestions to support the agricultural development from theangleof the policy, the capital and the mechanism.
