The Comparative Analysis Of The Mode In Cow Breeding

Hebei province is located in the top ten advantage dairy producing areas.2010dairy cows and milk production ranked third in the whole country,but there are manyproblems in the cow breeding, for example,the level of raising is low,the quality ofraw milk is difficult to guarantee, the operation and management of milk station haveproblems, the supervision of government departments does not reach the designatedposition,the benefit of cow breeding is poor.The root of these problems lies in the wayof farmers’ free-range which is hard to guarantee the quality of raw milk.On the basisof all these problems,hebei province has made a series of supporting policies,hopingto accelerate the transformation and development of the mode of cow breeding.This study uses interview survey method in researching zhangjiakou area,whichis the typical cow breeding place,aiming to understand the current situation of cowbreeding in hebei province.The study compares farmers’ free-range,dairy district andpasture styles in five aspects, which consist of basic situation of cowbreeding,management situation, the acquisition of raw milk,the relationship with thefarmers and the government.The result is that pasture is the best way of the three,nextis the dairy district,and the last is the farmers’ free-range style;there are somequestions in the three ways,for example, insufficient funds,high production cost andunreasonable benefit distribution mechanism, lack of government guidance and otherissues.In the style of the dairy district,"Leader having"style is better than "No Leader"style in four parts except in the relationship with the government.on the analysis of above aspects, For promoting the continuous development ofdairy cattle breeding way,the thesis suggests to build a diversified investmentchannels,improve the benefit sharing mechanism, improve the technology level andstrengthen the government guidance, etc,.The thesis advises free-range way offarmers can gradually change to the dairy district and farmers cooperatives,the "NoLeader" style change to the "Leader having" style.The thesis also puts forward theinnovation way of pasture association in the future.
