The Vegetable Basketproduct market price fluctuations， the problem about "farmers selling vegetables"and " consumers buy expensive" is still a difficult problem.Vegetable is closely related to people’s lives， that there are inseparablerelationship with the flow of vegetables circulation channels of high and lowefficiency balance between supply and demand in the market,safeguard the farmers’income and consumer interests,and promote rural economic development.Based on Marx’s Theory of Circulation and the Modern Times Logistics Theory,Transaction Cost Theory，by analyzing of the present situation of vegetable circulationchannels, evaluating the efficiency of the existing main circulation channels, tosummarize a lot of vegetable circulation channels problems exist in China, such as thelow level of channel main body organization, weak infrastructure, lack of governmentfunctions, etc. By analyzing the mature circulation channels of the United States,Japan, summarizing the commonness of its success, and giving suggestions tooptimize the vegetable circulation channels in our country, improve the efficiency ofcirculation related.
