The implement of the bidding/auction and listing is a great improvement of our land market. Review the history of our land market; we can conclude the development of the land market as three stages. At first, the allocation of land resource mainly by the administrative power, this kind can be described as "free、indefinite duration、 no-circulation ", at the second stage, approved selling become the major way of the land market, at least, the bidding/auction and listing become the major method. In recent years, the house price has increased obviously. The developers insist that the house price increase all belong to the bidding/Auction and listing. The remise money has increased so much, so the house price also increased. At the other hand, the office of the land the ministry of land and resources profess that the house price increase is because of the market. The bidding/auction and listing has nothing to with the house price increasing. The two groups cannot come to an agreement.Whether the bidding/auction and listing can advance the land price and house price, this article try to answer this question. The parts of the whole article are arranged as follow: the introduction; introduce the background through the literature summary. The author can avoid the useless and repeated research by learning the existing research. Secondly; some concepts and theories will be introduced. These concepts and theories are the basement of the article.Thirdly; the article will review the history of the land market’s development. Analyses the bidding/auction and listing will infect the land market in which fields and directions. At the fourth part, author tries to analysis the relation of the land price and house price. The analysis will via the method as theoretical analysis, logic deduces, literature research. At the fifth part, it will be an descriptive analysis which is based on the Jiang Yin County. Quantitative research will point out the bidding/auction and listing’s influence is big or small, push or pull. Finally, we can draw the conclusion, suggestion. Point out the innovation and weakness of the research. At last, the article will express author’s thanks.
