Knowledge About Overflow In The Eastern, Central And Western Regional Economic Impact Study

This article use the knowledge production function which contain spatial correlationwith each province and municipalities’ data to analysis the factors which can affect theknowledge spillover in the range of province and its’ degree, especially the policy factor’saffect in the knowledge production and accumulation. And then, this article makes anempirical analysis on the knowledge spillover effect in regional economic growth in theeast, the middle and the west region in our country respectively. The result indicates that:there is obvious knowledge spillover in country’s level in2013, and the phenomenon ofspatial agglomeration is very significant. In all of influence factors, the internationalknowledge spillover plays a very positive role. In the meantime, the affect from domesticknowledge spillover f has already appeared. Considering our national conditions,provinces’ government expenditure in the technology industry has a very importantinfluence, and the expenditure in east and middle regions has a positive influence. Oncontrast, because the expenditure in the west region is relatively low, its function is yet tobe seen. Concentrating in the national level, the regional economics’ agglomerationphenomenon is significant in2013. In all of the affect factors, the domestic knowledgespillover’s influence is growing, and the international knowledge spillover still plays animportant role. But the influence of the one with the channel of Human capital flow has abig difference in region economic growth. And the domestic knowledge spillover has asignificant positive influence on region economic of the east part, a negative influence inmiddle and still has not obvious affect in west part.
