Available resources is less.In view of the above phenomenon, the author, according to the related literature ofdomestic and foreign＆relevant research and analysis of bidding evaluation system, andaccording to the actual situation of Group “A”, put forward the improvement way of tendermanagement mode and biding evaluation system.First, the author, Learn from the advanced bidding management mode, improve themanagement model of company A, forward every tender to establish a temporary biddingsquad, solely responsible for the bidding work, so create a work environment, make thetender team and bid evaluation committee not affected by the power and the relationship.Second, we analysis and research for AHP and LCC, then during the bid evaluation,we used AHP to calculate index factors, and demonstrated an example of Sewage Pumptender. On the evaluation of the bid price, we as far as possible to use LCC instead of bidprice evaluation, and illustrate the Card Water Meter, compares the result of bid price andLCC cost.In the end, tanks should be established in the company, including the manufacturer tank,the bid evaluation experts tank, the bidding template tank, and the tender documents tank,so that the staff have enough resources to data on the choice. This can not only improve thework efficiency, also improve the accuracy of the data.Now, some improvements process was improvement, and had been well received bythe leadership.
