Research On Evaluation Index System Construction Of Affecting Factors For Tourism Innovation Ability

Throughout the course of history, tourism is a phenomenon of a large number of innovative features. Tourism has been identified as a strategic pillar industry of the national economy, which is the embodiment of the national policy "promoting transformation, adjust the structure", and also the re-positioning of the development of tourism in China. How to use innovative means to enhance their competitiveness in the global competition and fluctuations in the world economy is an important issue to be solved for tourism. To enhance the innovation ability is becoming the primary task of the development of China’s tourism industry. To enhance the innovation capacity of the tourism industry, we must extract the factors affecting tourism innovation ability, and then give the appropriate measures to enhance the innovation capacity of the tourism.Therefore, the establishment of an evaluation index system, and the evaluation of tourism innovation ability, has become a necessary and basic work to enhance tourism innovation capability. We can identify the key factors that affect the tourism industry innovation capability, and then put forward improvement measures to enhance the innovation capacity of the tourism industry. It has certain theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of the tourism industry.By reviewing a lot of literatures at home and abroad, find out the affecting factors of tourism innovation ability, and identify the impact factors of tourism innovation capacity in domestic and foreign literature, and select suitable influence factors for China’s tourism industry innovation ability by integrating tourism innovation capability influencing factors.In this thesis, using structural equation model to evaluate the impact factors of Shanghai tourism innovation ability. In this model, each factor of Shanghai tourism innovation ability serves as a structural equation model input, and the current situation of tourism innovation ability as a structural equation model output. The input-output coefficients derived from the structural equation model, stands for the importance of this factor to tourism innovation capacity of Shanghai.
