| In recent years, the foreign trade of Liaoning province has maderapid progress, which has become an important engine driving force ofeconomic development in Liaoning province, However, the developmentof foreign trade in Liaoning Province also encountered a lot of difficulties,and the level of development of foreign trade and the eastern coastalregions of China have also been gaps.In2009, the central economicconference put forward the "transformation of the mode of foreign tradedevelopment" policy. As our country’s energy and industrial province,Liaoning province’s development route which is at the expense ofresources has seriously restricted the economic development and theprotection of the ecological environment. So Liaoning province shouldkeep pace with the times, transform the mode of foreign tradedevelopmentThis paper firstly introduces the concept of foreign tradedevelopment-mode and influence factors. Starting from the presentsituation of foreign trade in Liaoning province, this paper analyzes theforeign trade import and export commodity structure, trade way, the mainbody, market structure and trade dependency, and puts forward thenecessity of the change of the pattern of foreign trade development. Thispaper believes the sustainable developments is the direction of change of the pattern of foreign trade development in Liaoning province.And this paper construct the comprehensive evaluation index system,with the help of AHP analytic method to evaluate foreign tradedevelopment comprehensively. There are many foreign tradedevelopment problems in Liaoning province, such as the low exportcommodities technology, the too-concentrated export market and the poorinnovation ability. This paper believes that the change of tradedeterioration and getting rid of the immiserizing growth is the breach ofthe foreign trade development in Liaoning province, and puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures and the detailed foreign tradedevelopment path. |
