Research On The Transformation Of Foreign Trade Growth Pattern In Northeast Of China

Realizing the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of foreign trade has become the core content of the development of foreign trade in a country or region. Positive trade development is a key factor that affecting the national economic growth and social progress .Therefore, to find a reasonable, in line with national or regional trade development level of foreign trade growth is an effective way to achieve sustainable development of foreign trade. After "Eleventh Five-Year", China regards the transformation of foreign trade growth as an important development strategy, domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on this subject. The essence of changing the way of foreign trade growth is to find a reasonable way and mechanism of foreign trade growth, change the extensive type for the intensive.In recent years, under the background of the global economic malaise, the lack of effective demand, the external macroeconomic background of the new trade protectionism,the economic downturn in the northeast region, the serious shortage of talents, the low level of technology, the internal economic problems of resource and environment constraints, The current pattern of extensive trade growth in the region has been severely constrained and it is difficult to maintain the sustainable development of trade. Therefore, it is imminent to change the way of foreign trade growth.First, This paper introduces the concept of foreign trade growth pattern by discussing and analyzing the literature and related theories. Then, it analyzes the current situation of foreign trade in Northeast China, location entropy, economic openness, and international competitiveness. And then, it discusses the status of the foreign trade growth pattern and the existing problems in Northeast China, and puts forward the necessities and constraints of changing the foreign trade growth pattern in Northeast. Finally, it discusses the goal of changing. and combining with the characteristics of Northeast China and foreign trade situation, it proposes some policy suggestions on how to change the foreign trade growth pattern in Northeast China.
