"twelfth Five-year" Period Of China's Foreign Trade Development Mode Transformation Question Research

Since reform and openness, the foreign trade of China is moving forward with an amazing speed and has made eye-catching achievements.2011years, the total amount of imports and exports reached36420billion dollars, as the first major country of import and the second major country of export. With our foreign trade developping rapidly, such problems as the low benefit of exports, the feeble competitiveness, the irrational structure, the severe problems of resources and environment emerge gradually. It is necessary that we make the transformation of foreign trade developmental pattern when the foreign trade development of our country comes to the new period. Our government has made the question a top priority, and has brought up promoting the transformation of foreign trade growth pattern and focusing on improving the quality and efficiency of foreign trade in the central committee in2005. Our government brought up acceleratting the transformation of foreign trade developmental pattern in2009. Although we have got some acheivement with implementing the strategic measures, the foreign trade developmental pattern did not get the fundamental transformation.In the next five years, global trade pattern will have significant and profound changes. The global economy will turn to low growth, and be more competitive. After the financial crisis, the slow recovery of global economy makes most countries’trade policy enhancement. And the new trade protectionism and protection means appear constantly so that global trade friction will be into the new frequency. All the signs show that the development of foreign trade now is facing with long-term contractions. At the same time, from the domestic situation, our labor markets change dramatically. Labour-intensive export industry is facing with the pressure of rapidly rising labor costs. And the advantage will weaken significantly. Domestic and international economic situation for China make it important to speed up the transformtion of development pattern of foreign trade. In2012the government work report, the import and export trade growth rate will be10%which is far lower than the actual growth over the level. It shows that government wants to take messures to improve the transformation of pattern with adverse situation now.This paper was based on this from a different angle to analyst the transformation of our country foreign trade developmental pattern.Around the theme of the transformation of trade developmental pattern, in this paper, the author introduce the concept of foreign trade developmental pattern and the characteristics of the ideal pattern, analyse the evolution of the foreign trade development of our country and the necessity and restricting factors of transformation, put forward the goal pattern of foreign trade development, and take a comparative analysis between China and India, and finally put forward the countermeasures.The paper includes five chapters, and the specific content is as follows:the first chapter is "introduction". It mainly includes the research background, the literature review, the research subject, the research-significance, the research method and the possible innovation.The second chapter is "the concept and characteristics of foreign trade developmental pattern". This chapter contains contents as follows:the concept of foreign trade developmental pattern and the characteristics of the agreeable pattern. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward the characteristics of the foreign trade developmental pattern as sustainable development, inclusiveness, low-carbon economy development and combining with domestic economic development requirements.The third chapter is "the analysis of the transformation of foreign trade developmental pattern of China in the next five years ". This section includes four parts:the first part is the analysis of evolution of foreign trade development in China after reform and openness.the next part is the analysis of necessity and restricting factors of the transformation of foreign trade developmental pattern.The fourth chapter is "the analysis of foreign trade development of India". This chapter analyse the foreign trade development of India, and then do a comparative analysis with China. The fifth chapter is "discussion about countermeasures of the transformation of China’s foreign trade developmental pattern". This is the last part. This chapter, respectively from driving the transformation of foreign trade structure, promoting the transformation of foreign trade competition mode, promoting the transformation of resource utilization mode and driving the transformation of foreign trade system, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
