The main conclusions of the study are:2003-2012, Anhui high-tech industry innovation funding in this decade, investment in R&D personnel, and outputs the results of innovation are showing upward trend, high-tech industries in economic development was to enhance the role of guiding and supporting the trend to high-tech enterprises as the mainstay of independent innovation system has been basically formed.
