Development Strategy Of Graphite Industries Based On SWOT Analysis

One of the advantages of our resources--graphite, the whole industry falls intocrisis. South graphite co., LTD is located in Chenzhou of Hunan Province.Microcrystalline graphite reserves accounted for72%of the whole nation. As amicrocrystalline graphite resource city, it is an important topic how to transfer theresource advantages into economic advantages, how to realize the transition fromgraphite large city to great city of graphite. So we need consider which kind ofstrategy to push forward development of the south graphite, and the strategy will becontribution for promoting the modernization of national graphite industry.This paper reviewed the development of graphite industry in China, and analysisthe present situation of graphite industry and market demand at home and abroad.This article summarizes about the present situation of the South graphite co., LTD,and introduces the SWOT strategy analysis model. Then it will find out their ownconstruction of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and use theSWOT strategic legal form four groups. According to the SWOT model best northeaststrategy, it is concluded that the south graphite co., LTD., the optimal developmentstrategy: overcoming their own weaknesses, using of the opportunity. In other words,it needs transformation of the mode of economic growth, and turn production of therun of mine ore into deep processing; Walking the road of green mining, andgradually solve the environmental problems.Finally, this article analyzes the low-end (With resources and environment inexchange for short-term profits, general mining enterprise development path) andhigh-end(Sacrificing the interests of long-term development for the time being)development ways, and acquires the conclusion that South graphite co., LTD shouldchoose the green development pattern. It should be for the purpose of economicefficiency and leading technology, do larger, stronger, and more excellent graphitebusiness in Chenzhou, eventually lead graphite industry healthy and continuousdevelopment. We need to build the south graphite into a collection of running of mineore production, graphite deep processing, product research and development, logistics, trade in one of the graphite industry cluster, and extending the graphite industry chain,improving value-added, totally reshape Chenzhou graphite industry.
