Thispaper chose to establish a performance evaluation system for it, rather than theestablishment of performance appraisal indicators for its because, now manyenterprises have realized the importance of performance appraisal, but part of theimplementation of the performance appraisal is the evaluation system,and this just totest nuclear staff appraisal, did not make the enterprise can get long-term thedevelopment of performance appraisal system, will be only one enterprise withcomplete makes the enterprise in the assessment not only continue to improve theirability to work, and improve the development of enterprise itself. So for the HTCompany to establish a performance appraisal system is particularly important.In this paper, HT Corporation as the background, through the investigation andanalysis of HT company, understand the appraisal system and method of HTcompany’s existing, on the existing basis of the system and the method is improved,and at the same time, the establishment of a complete, the implementation of theperformance appraisal system of HT company.
