Under the auspices of "mass innovation,and people's entrepreneurship",innovation has become a hot topic for the whole society.Enterprises as social cells also actively respond to the tide of joining innovation.However,under the extremely refined environment of division of labor in today's society,companies want to “close their doors”,especially non-core enterprises with relatively few resources and relatively weak capabilities.It is impossible to rely solely on our own strength to innovate our products and services.Therefore,this requires companies to be able to better embed themselves in their own innovation networks and make full use of the resources of other members of the innovation network,especially knowledge resources.Due to the non-core enterprise's location in the network,this paper chooses to use knowledge sharing as an intermediary to study non-core enterprise innovation performance,that is,relationship embeddedness,knowledge sharing,and non-core enterprise innovation performance model?This article focuses on the relationship between embeddedness and innovation performance on the basis of the role of knowledge sharing intermediary through the method of structural equations.From the three aspects of relationship embedding,that is,relationship quality,relationship strength,and relationship stability,the relationship among the three is studied.The results are as follows:(1)Relationship quality and relationship strength have a positive effect on innovation performance.The positive effect of relationship stability on innovation performance is not obvious.(2)Relationship quality,relationship strength,and relationship stability have a positive effect on knowledge sharing(dominant and tacit knowledge sharing).(3)When examining the impact of knowledge sharing on innovation performance,it is found that the positive effect of explicit knowledge sharing on innovation performance is not significant;tacit knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance.(4)In the mediating effect test Among them,the mediating effect of tacit knowledge sharing between relational embeddedness and innovation performance is significant,and the mediating effect of explicit knowledge sharing between relational embeddedness and innovation performance is not significant.
