Education informatization makes a great progress globally, which provides vastopportunities for Chinese education software industry. More and more enterprisesenter management education software filed, so that competitions among enterprisesof education software become increasingly fierce. The companies with limitedeconomic capacity do not pay attention to the marketing strategies, so that theycouldn’t reach a favorable result.On the basis of Marketing Theories, the paper makes a confirmation on thecurrent situation of marketing strategy for W company. Then, to make analysis on thecompetition environment of W company by Five Forces Mode; while do themacro-environment analysis, in order to make sure the external environment of wcompany. According to the results, the problems in marketing management strategiesof W company occur.it would discuss the marketing strategies of product、pricing、place andpromotion,in order to find the way to do adjustment for W Company.The paper summarizes typical problems and disadvantages of marketingstrategies in W Company on the basis of marketing theories. Moreover, it providesthe solution and direction on marketing strategies, in order that the company wouldobtain the core competitive advantage to a long-term development.
