| Today,the rural population accounts for about one third of the total population in China.The three rural issues are the main problems to be solved in China’s modernization construction.With the increasing number of migrant workers,the core of the three rural issues is actually the problem of migrant workers.At present,China is in the period of economic transformation,and migrant workers are becoming increasingly urbanized.To achieve economic citizenization,we must not only rely on institutional policies,but also rely on migrant workers to improve their professional ability,and the key to solve the problem of migrant workers is the professionalization of the migrant workers system.In order to effectively solve the above problems,taking the research direction of the new generation of migrant workers as the professionalization,first of all,the influencing factors of the professionalization of willingness and behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in construction projects were identified through literature and interviews,and conduct a survey on the new generation of migrant workers in the construction project of X University Town in Nanchang(later collectively referred to as the Communist Youth Campus Project of Nanchang Institute of Science and Technology).The Logistic regression was used to analyze micro-individual factors,meso-environmental factors and macro-policy factors respectively.The research shows that the education level,learning willingness,social objects,attitude of urban residents,land income,wage income,work intensity,land policy and household registration policy have an impact on the professional willingness and behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry in the Gongqing Campus project of Nanchang Institute of Science and Technology.Moreover,the professionalization willingness of migrant workers plays an intermediary effect in the household registration policy and professionalization behavior.Finally,to identify the key influencing factors and the logical relationship of the professionalization willingness and behavior of the new generation of migrant workers,and then put forward suggestions to promote the professionalization of the new generation of migrant workers.Construction enterprises can mobilize the professional positive attitude of migrant workers,strengthen the training of migrant workers in construction sites,promote the standardization of employment organizations under the guidance of construction enterprises,and promote the professional development of the new generation of migrant workers in construction enterprises. |
