| By the pattern transformation of economic development and the upgrade of economic structure, Shanxi Province appears the following characters: the significant imbalance of industrial stucture, deterioration of ecological environment, the obvious diffierences between urban and rural, the social undertakings lags behind, low level of opening to the outside world and other problems. The State Council approved the comprehensive reform pilot area for national resource-based economy transformation of Shanxi Province in December2010. How to seize the opportunity to improve the tourism industry, accelerate the speed of transformation especially the resourced industry and solve the problems taken by resource dependency growth and ecological overload model of growth for Shanxi Province? The problem is urgent.Shanxi Province is one of the largest resources, especially tourism resource and coal recource. What’s more ipmortant,the tourim resource has obvious advantage. The comprehensive reform pilot area on the theme of resource-based economy transformation speeds up the development of tourism industry, which will play an important role in the construction and development. Shanxi Province should grasp the extraordinary opportunity of transformation and the first try to deepen the reform, which will make tourism industrial becomes the important support of shanxi industrial system. In the above background, this paper uses the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis on the related basic theory, refers to the "five-year of the twelfth" plan of Shanxi Province, makes the construction requirement for the development of tourism clear, and analyses the current suitation and the existing problems of tourism industry. Drawing from the beneficial experience of Yunnan, Guilin, and Hainan tourism comprehensive reform pilot area, the paper proposes the new thoughts and solutions of tourism development in Shanxi Province in the context of the comprehensive reform. |
