The culture and contents related culture is increasingly becoming the theme of the enterprises development in twenty-first Century. The traditional product competition has been unable to meet the changes in the existing market. More and more enterprises have recognized the importance of brand. The enterprise culture is one of the parts of the enterprise brand. Therefore, the construction of enterprise culture has become the key factor to win in the fierce competition in the market in the new century. At the same time, we also find that there are many problems in the enterprise culture construction in large state-owned enterprises, especially the large coal enterprises. For example, it is not clear that the enterprise culture idea and value expression. It is not deep that the enterprise culture understanding and many staff cannot accept enterprise culture etc. All of this shows that no guidance on employee behavior of enterprises, no corresponding norms and rules to restrict employee behavior and management mode is single. Management mode and method of enterprise is highly dependent on the experience and lessons, causes the enterprise culture construction lack of stamina, positive role of enterprise culture can not play. Under the premise of this, we try to find a solution to solve the enterprise culture construction problems and better construct enterprise culture of Chenghe characteristic, which to promote development of enterprises better and faster.Based on the related theory of enterprise culture, the paper expounds the development stages of the existing corporate culture and its achievement. It also carried out and compared the problems of enterprise culture construction using various analytical methods (such as questionnaire survey, literature review method etc.). Then it conceives Chenghe characteristics the enterprise culture and discusses the motivation and reason, to construct the orientation, principles and conditions in detail, in this based on the proposed to promote mining enterprise culture construction measures. Among them, discusses in detail the science to establish " six views", effectively strengthening the "six kinds of consciousness " and set goals, leadership model, model guide, to create an atmosphere and measures of encouragement as the main content, construct Chenghe characteristic enterprise culture, the main countermeasure measure. The paper uses related management theories, such as management economics theory, enterprise culture change theory to interpret the problems and countermeasures of construction enterprise culture of Chenghe mining bureau. Based on these theories and the faction of Chenghe mining bureau, it puts forward a series of corporate culture of Chenghe characteristics and points out the the direction of development for the construction of enterprise culture in Chenghe, laid a solid foundation for the enterprise’s core competitiveness and enhance corporate soft power.In this thesis, we take the state-owned large-scale coal industry management practice as the object of study. Combined with the features in construction of enterprise culture in Chenghe mining bureau, we want to explore the enterprise culture of China coal industry characteristics, which to provide some reference for the construction of enterprise culture on other large state-owned coal in China.
