Private mining in our country has played a larger role in promoting economic growth, expanding employment, and increasing national tax and the comprehensive national strength. Nevertheless, its matching enterprise culture construction research are obviously lagging behind because its short developed time and ignored by academia. The proportion that has built enterprise culture enterprise is low. They attached great importance to construction while ignore the implementation. Inadequate understanding of corporate culture connotation, form a single enterprise culture content, the system is not complete, such problems as lack of the grasp of the characteristics of the private mining enterprises are quite common.Private mining enterprise culture belong to the category of enterprise culture, but it is quite different in connotation and denotation in full degree, influence, the key implementation, staff acceptance, holding time and build effect from common corporate cultures.Private mining enterprises culture is characterized by its marginal and cross. It is important for enterprise culture and enterprise development stage to fit each other. If the enterprise rapid economic development, and hidebound corporate culture, will lead to bigger problems. Only build enterprise culture with distinctive features, to coordinate interpersonal relationship in enterprises, constraint corporate behavior, guide the direction of enterprise development, private mining enterprises to maintain the development in the economic downturn of the future. This article has carried on the questionnaire within ten private mining companies, after distributed, collection and analysis, study the main disadvantages of the corporate culture building. Adopts empirical method to analysis our private mining companies in environmental protection, production safety, sustainability, stakeholder relations, family influence and staff mental adjustment etc. And has established the environmental protection, production safety, sustainability, stakeholder relations and corporate image, family influence, employees' psychological adjustment relationship model of culture for the staff loyalty.Secondly, because previous studies has ignored private mining enterprise culture, this article systematically analyzed the main factors and its reasons of private mining enterprise culture construction. Analyzed the subjective and objective characteristics of private mining enterprise management to find out the main constrains for their culture construction. In this way this paper put forward the system for private mining enterprise culture construction constrains and formed the foundation of countermeasures to solve these problem.Third, the countermeasures of private mining enterprise culture construction. Private mining enterprise culture construction, the concrete contents should be based on the enterprise culture, clear direction and objectives, through the in-depth discussion of the nature of industry, property, the comprehensive system of spirit, behavior, and on the basis of material culture construction achievements. Focus on building the green culture, safety culture and sustainable culture, family culture and stakeholder orientation culture and employees'psychological adjustment orientation.This paper has certain reference value to our country private mining enterprise culture, and certain reference significance to further in-depth and systematic research on related areas.
