Farm produce logistics compared to other products, logistics, itself there are storage and transportation conditions is not perfect and the risk is big, easy corrosion problems. Farm produce logistics needs faster and more convenient and more perfect supply chain model, however, in the development of farm product supply chain in China this block itself is still very backward. Chinese as fruit and vegetable production big country, because of some problems existing in the supply chain mode of our country, not only exports of fruits and vegetables and deep processing of the proportion of relatively low, is the annual in transit loss ratio is very large, it will have to let the people attach importance to the question of development of fruit and vegetable supply chain mode. China region is broad, the actual development situation of each are not the same, therefore, can not be blindly from the supply chain mode of other area. In view of this foundation, this paper is based on the supply chain mode of citrus industry in Yichang area as the research object, through the relevant theoretical understanding of farm product supply chain mode, expounds the features, mode of domestic fruit and vegetable supply chain status and reasons, from the development experience of fruit and vegetable supply chain mode of agricultural product representative and developed countries abroad, focuses on the analysis of the development conditions of logistics supply chain mode of citrus industry in Yichang area and related enterprises, first introduced in Yichang citrus industry of two prominent and successful supply chain mode--Xiao Xi red citrus cooperatives logistics supply chain model and the government based on the "poly business promotion" logistics supply chain model of the situation and the characteristic, law focuses on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of two models as well as the opportunities and threats by SOWT analysis, then compare the differences between these two kinds of mode, summarizes the possible problems of Yichang citrus industry supply chain model, and combined with the previous knowledge and understanding, and puts forward some ideas and thoughts of his on the development of Yichang citrus industry supply chain in the future.We hope that through the study of Yichang citrus industry logistics supply chain mode analysis, to dialysis the domestic farm product logistics supply chain problems and suitable method, which provide reference and help for the further development of supply chain models in other areas of farm products.
