| With the advancement of the reform and opening up China’s life insurance industry and the rapid development of information technology, life insurance information system is now more and more complex, the application of new technologies is also more and more, the size of the insurance business supported by system is larger than before, these factors give the life insurance information system implementation project schedule management a huge challenge.In this paper, the project management system and schedule management skills are as the theoretical basis for the study, including the five process groups and the nine knowledge areas of project management, as well as the planning process, the workload assessment methods, Gantt charts, network planning technology, earned value analysis techniques such as schedule management. Combined with a real life insurance information system project, to determine the scope of the project from the beginning, making the project work breakdown structure, sort of project activities and estimated workload and prepared to use project management software to make project plan, identify the critical path, and thus the project the progress of implementation of the scheme is optimized to ensure that the project plan to meet the target time items.After establishing the project baseline schedule, the paper also discusses the control system project plan, including organizational system, the establishment of the system of control, inspection schedule, schedule variance affect judgment and corrective measures, and change management of project, thus ensuring the project completed as planned. I hope the results of this study for the project implementation and schedule management of the life insurance information systems to have some reference role. |
