Project organization is different from enterprise organization, it is established according to the project and its establishment is temporary, disposable, short time span. Location and environment of construction project usually leads to higher family Separation. Reducing employee satisfaction with the project team, and thus have poor organization performance. Projects are not independent, one project delays will affect the overall progress and quality of entire whole project Therefore, the management staff on the project team is one of the factors the project manager needs to be considered.Innovation of this paper has three main points:First, the research project team recognized this particular scenario, the establishment and organization factors; two is to study the organization’s reputation for collectivism regulatory role of organizational identity, explore the environment on personality and behavior between regulatory role; thirty stage, the project team for the very serious problem of family work conflict, explores the organizational identification on employee work-family conflict due to the impact of cognitive, organizational identity that employees will be able to effectively reduce the causes of the conflict boils down to work impact on families. This study designed questionnaire containing all the variables and basic information, carried out in two steps consist forecast and official survey, obtain the final results by rigorous data analysis. The results show that the proposed eight assumptions were tested in seven. Overall, the theoretical model has been effectively supported by empirical research.The overall study results and conclusions mainly include three aspects:First, explores and obtains the significant effect of organizational reputation and employee collectivism tendency on organizational identification, and proposed mechanisms and methods that promote the process of organizational identity establishment in management of construction project organization.Second, discuss the moderator function of reputation organization to the collectivism tendency and organization identity. Analysis under project situation, the interaction of organizational environment and individual characteristics, providing strategies that can promote the project team staff s organizational identification both from organization and individual level.Third, the study find organizational identification have a significant impact on employee job performance, on the context of the contextual performance is particularly significant, and on the task performance does exist significant effect Meanwhile, the paper discover that organizational identification exists influence on employees work-family conflict cognitive attribution, propose effective means to reduce work-family conflict’s negative impact to the organization.
