Based on the above ideas, this paper first from the motivation of the agricultural industry cluster development and urbanization development of dynamic analysis, illustrates the agricultural industry cluster and the mechanism of the interactive development of urbanization. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper analyzes the agricultural industry cluster in Hubei Province and the present situation of the development of urbanization, and USES the Eviews6.0software, measurement through co-integration test and granger causality test, analysis of the agricultural industry cluster in Hubei Province and the relationship between urbanization. Paper further analysis of the current agricultural industry cluster in Hubei Province and interactive factors in the development of urbanization, and put forward some further countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of the interaction. The main conclusions of paper are as follows:(1) Agricultural industrial cluster promote the urbanization, the formation and development of some components of a required speed, in turn, promotes the urban development, bring up higher requirements to urban space expansion; And the agricultural industry cluster provides the town into a geographical space carrier, is the strong support of the agricultural industry cluster development, therefore, they are mutual promotion and coordinated development.(2) In hubei Province agriculture industry cluster and urbanization development relationship of empirical analysis shows that in the long term agriculture industry cluster development and urbanization development is not independent, is promotes mutually influence each other, only the influence degree of different.
