The Study On The Relevance Between Industrial Cluster And New Urbanization Of Hebei Province

Under the background of the China's new economy,the industrialization and new urbanization has become the two major issues to all sectors of the society at present.The status of the world economic development requires that the utilization rate of energy be continuously increased and the rigidity restraint can be effectively resolved,in order to free up more energy space for the development of new urbanization and achieve positive interaction between industrial cluster and new urbanization.Hebei Province,as a heavy industrial province,is also an advantageous front for the positive interaction between industrialization and new urbanization.Under the background of vigorously developing the economy,if industry,people and urban functions are integrated,taking cities and towns as the basis for industrial development and industry as the basis for urban development,taking the town as a carrier of promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,accelerate the process of new urbanization with industrial agglomeration.As a result,the interactive development of production,cities and people can be achieved,thereby enhancing the level of specialization of industries and the competitiveness of industries and further promoting economic development and the process of new urbanization.The existence of "urban disease" and "semi-urbanization" requires accelerating the establishment of urban spatial distribution and development system,promoting the balanced flow of resources to various industrial nodes,strengthening the guiding role of industrial cluster on market elements and promoting the coordination development between industrial cluster and new urbanization.The topic of this paper is established in this context.The main content of this paper is the study on the relevance between Industrial Cluster and New Urbanization of Hebei Province,mainly including the following aspects.The first,explain the related concepts and theoretical basis of industrial cluster and new urbanization.The Second,it analyzes the mechanism of Interaction between industrial cluster and new urbanization and the present situation of industrial cluster and new urbanization in Hebei Province.Based on the present situation of the interactive development of industrial cluster and new urbanization in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the existing problems of industrial cluster and new urbanization and of their interactive development.The third,this paper describes the index system of industrial cluster and new urbanization in Hebei Province,and measures the level of industrial cluster and new urbanization,constructs a model to analyze the correlation between industrial cluster and new urbanization in Hebei Province,and conducts empirical analysis.Finally,come to the conclusion.On the basis of the above,this paper also gives some suggestions on how to improve the interaction between industry cluster and new urbanization in Hebei Province on the basis of the foregoing.
