The Study Of Industrial Clusters Of Hubei Province

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, industrial cluster has developed into a global trend of economic development, and economic vector for countries to enhance comprehensive national strength and competitiveness by learn from each other. Experience has shown that the country economic development often associated with specific industrial cluster formation and development closely, foster industrial cluster is not only a regional economic development strategy, but also the inevitable outcome of industrialization when developed to a certain stage. Industrial cluster has become an important organizational form of industry development both in domestic and abroad, contemporary international economic competition has evolved into the competitiveness of industrial cluster. China's industrial cluster was born in the early 80's after opening-up reform, which has become a new major force of China's regional economic development now.The national strategy of "Central China Rising" has been promoted for several years. So, what place of Hubei as located in the middle of "Central" should be put in? Hubei Province always has a very important geographic and economic status in China, and enjoys the reputation of "the thoroughfare leading to nine provinces". Since the opening-up reform, the economy of Hubei has grown by leaps and bounds, but the gap is still growing when compared with the developed eastern coastal provinces. So, Hubei Province should choose an effective strategy for economic growth, to maintain sustained economic growth and strive to catch up with the developed provinces. On the other hand, the disadvantaged status of the industry in Hubei Province showed that the desires of rapid economic development and the realization of the rapid rise of the central regions, should learn the industrial cluster development model from Zhejiang province and other coastal cities actively, understand the internal operating regulations of industrial clusters in sufficient, exert industrial cluster theories in scientific and flexible, then, combined with the practical situation of Hubei, promote the industrial cluster development of central regions by the dual action of great support of government and market-oriented effectFirst, this paper started from the different definition of industrial cluster approach, to provide a theoretical support to the follow development of industrial cluster research, by understanding the concept of industrial clusters and discussing the formation mechanism and classification of industrial clusters of Hubei Province. Then, analyze the industrial clusters of Hubei and Zhejiang province in the point of industrial clusters, to summarize the problems and obstacles existed in the development of Hubei's industrial clusters, by the comparative research of development status and features of industrial clusters between the two provinces, with the case analysis of Hubei's auto-car industrial cluster by GSM model. Finally, with exerting industrial cluster theories in scientific and flexible, aiming at the exited problems in Hubei's industrial cluster development, this paper promoted the countermeasures to improve healthy, rapid and sustainable development of Hubei's industrial clusters, to help solve the problems of Hubei's industrial clusters, to speed up the development of industrial clusters in central regions, to achieve the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of national economy and realize the strategy objective of "Central China Rising" rapidly when Hubei facing this opportunity.
