This thesis introduced the concept of integration project management at first and expounds its development process and apply-ment and functional effect. Base on the research of predecessors, deepen our understanding of applying theory in the multi-product integrate program, then clear construction goal and significance of it. Meantime, it also analysis the status on the status quo of ctrip comprehensively and points out that the existing problems and analysis the corresponding reason. It also combined the integrated management theory to systemized analysis the process of implementation, integration team and integrated risk management in multi-product project. The thesis study the method of project evaluation to establish project evaluation system and use quoting comprehensive evaluation method evaluate the multi product integration project according to the actuality. At last, the thesis concluded improvement and development direction of integration management.Through the practice of multi product integration project, analyzed the positive significance and industry value of integrated management in many-sides.
