The income gap over a certain range is a serious social problem, narrowing the income gap may be more than one way, from the initial distribution needs, re-distribution, the third distribution optimized adjustment. Income disparities remain within a certain range of moderately conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of the workers, but more than a modest range would be counterproductive, and accordingly will reduce consumption levels of society, thus impeding the economic development momentum. Experience of market-oriented reforms, by an egalitarian distribution of social income gap between the larger countries turned to form a certain number of disadvantaged groups, social risk factors will also rise, which causes the disparity of wealth, consumption rate is too low and other issues, is not conducive to the sustained and healthy economic development.
