| With the rapid development of China’s financial industry, as one of the main branch of financial industry, insurance companies is increasing year by year, the insurance industry increasingly fierce competition for talent. The war for talent intensifies, especially the grass-roots employee turnover frequently, causing great impact on the enterprise staffs stability. And this brought a lot of trouble to the enterprise’s long-term sustainable development.Based on the past research of employees’ pay satisfaction and turnover intention, in this paper, GH life insurance company employees as the object, make an empirical study-the effect of the grass-roots staff pay satisfaction on the turnover intention. To explore the effect of three--the external compensation justice, individual justice internal pay equity and compensation on the base of employee turnover intention dimensions of compensation satisfaction. And research the influence of demographic variables on all research variables. From the Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire and Likert Scale design the questionnaire. Through the survey of employees and obtain the data, then analyzed by SPSS19.0statistical software. The main result of the study as follow:The salary satisfaction of grass-roots staff is low, and there turnover intention is strong.In the demographic variables, gender, age, marital status, education, seniority for no significant difference between the turnover intention. Staff turnover relatively strong will, who is under25and unmarried.The study verified the compensation satisfaction on turnover intention negatively influence. Also the internal pay equity and pay individual fairness of pay satisfactionIn order to apply theory to practice, the paper give the proposal of how to promote the GH company grass-roots staff salary satisfaction, and how to retained employees. |
