As a pivot province of the "One Belt,One Road" initiative and the foothold of the China-Arab Cooperation,the tourism of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region develops fast.Meanwhile,the number of star hotel of Yinchuan city increases obviously.Along with the occupational choices add more and more,the employee turnover of grass-roots staff from star hotels increases frequently.In this context,the serious turnover rate has broken the order of the harmonious development of tourism,and has limited the overall levels of economic growth in this field.Therefore,the research on the employee turnover of grass-roots staff from star hotels in the city of Yinchuan has practical significance.It is crucial to find out the reason of the high rate and figure out solutions.With a case study of the AB Hotel in the city of Yinchuan,by using the theory of organization behavior and human resource management,this thesis focuses on and analyses multiple reasons from three aspects as hotels,person and society with the methods of field study,internet interview,questionnaires and so on.The causes for the employee turnover of grass-roots staff are the key research issues in this thesis,mainly includes few training opportunities,lack of plan for career,weak in corporate culture identity,unfair pay-welfare.The turnover reasons for employees' personal are limited and influenced by ages,genders and characters.In the social field,the key problem is showed as "talent earthquake" phenomenon.Simultaneously,combined with the reality of AB hotel and the general situation of star hotels in Yinchuan,the thesis lists countermeasures such as seriously control the recruit process,fix the standers for employment,establish reasonable systems for employees' training and communication,reinforce the "make-to-order" model between school-enterprise cooperation,guide the employees to do self-management and try to implement gratuity mechanism.By such doing,this thesis aims at offer references for lowing the turnover rate of the employees of grass-roots staff from star hotels in the city of Yinchuan.
