Tourism is a labor-intensive industry, the travel agency as the leading tourism, ten years has been rapid development. In guangzhou tourism market size, for example by September2011. In2013years there were a total of174travel agencies and52million people have a toursist in guangzhou. and tourism income of guangzhou is220.239billion yuan in2013. It also is easy to see that the tourism in China is very competitive. How in the fierce competitive environment, make the enterprise impregnable, travel is the key to enterprise managers’diathesis, i.e. managers competence directly decided the enterprise the management level, management level directly related to enterprise survival.In order to improve the management competence, strengthen the competitiveness of tourism enterprises and the sustainable development ability, it is necessary to strengthen the training of management personnel, change the training methods, strengthen the change of management concept, improve management skills, management knowledge, and enhance the competence of management.With the development of the market, more and more demand for tourism, caused many companies to reduce the threshold, hiring a large number of low quality of employees, lead to staff quality is uneven, which is caused by tourism enterprise management personnel competency of a reason.
