| "Labor contract law" has always been rules to adjust and maintain the harmonious labor relations between the enterprise and employees in our country,according to the requirements in different stage of social and economic development,"labor contract law” of the country also has been adjusted and changed in several times.Base on "labor contract law" in 2008,"Labor contract law amendment",which has been implemented officially from July 1st,2013,makes regulations to the original labor dispatching rules in more detail.Through researching the amendment background,purpose and meaning of "Labor contract law amendment" in this paper,studying the relevance between the human resources development,the labor relationship development,the labor dispatching development and the industrial structure development,to know the overall situation of the labor dispatching well in our country.Then through the analysis of enterprise characteristics,original employment characteristics,employment situations of company S,and through the statistics and analysis of questionnaires to employees,to discuss a series of influence to the labor dispatching of company S which brought by the amend content in the new law;at last,it has presented the countermeasures and actions to eliminate the adverse impact,which should be adopted by company S,and study a more suitable employing way and more competitive human resources management mode to company S.The research findings of this paper have very important reference significance to other similar enterprises about the long-term survival and sustainable development. |
