In order to meet the needs of the development of banking business and customer service is convenient for business needs, using a variety of information technology, the network communication technology and equipment construction in favor of the clients for access and remittance self-service banking business has become the main channel for banks to expand business. Establishment of self-help bank the bank customer service management, reduce the bank window service pressure, improve the efficiency of banking management.
