Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has maintained a high-speed development and achieved remarkable achievements.In the process of deepening the reform,the increasingly perfect capital market system,the rise of Internet finance and the large number of foreign banks and urban banks have brought about great changes in the operating environment of banks.How to strengthen and speed up in the increasingly fierce market competition is a major problem.Reasonable allocation of human resources is an important starting point for commercial banks to build their competitive advantages under the new situation.Optimizing the allocation of human resources to promote the sustained and stable development of banks,and enhancing their value creation ability and market competitiveness have become a new topic and challenge.As one of the five major state-owned commercial banks,the staff of Agricultural Bank of China is nearly 500,000,and human resources management has become a key factor in the operation and management of Agricultural Bank of China.In order to meet the needs of development,the Agricultural Bank has put forward the talent concept of"having both ability and morality,taking morality as the basis,and putting performance first”,which puts human resources management in an important strategic position.Taking the CR branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research object,this paper analyzes and studies the allocation of human resources.After introducing the relevant theories and the current situation of human resources allocation of CR branch,this paper uses the methods of literature research and statistical analysis to analyze it from three aspects: the front office department,the back office department and the business network.By comparing with the current system,the level of the same trade and internal differences,this paper points out the problems existing in the allocation of human resources in CR branches,analyzes the reasons for their formation.Finally aiming at the problems raised,this paper discusses the optimization scheme of human resource allocation in CR branch from three aspects: the guiding ideology and principle ofhuman resource optimization,the content of human resource allocation optimization,the safeguard measures of human resource optimization,and particularly the establishment and staffing of various posts in the business network are described in detail.This paper hopes to study human resource allocation problems related to the Agricultural Bank of CR branch by applying the theory of human resource allocation to provide a human resource allocation optimization,for CR branch,and put into practice management work as far as possible to enhance human resource allocation of branch business development and increase the value creation ability of CR branch and the market competition ability.At the same time,it also has a certain significance to enrich the theory of human resource management of commercial banks,especially the theory of human resource allocation.
