Research On The Relationship Between Synergy Of Internal Elements And Innovation Performance

In the face of economic globalization, enterprises will meet more opportunities andthreats. Technology innovation has been known as the main force for the enterprises toenhance competitiveness and achieve competitive excellence. It will be of greatsignificance to turn synergy of internal elements in enterprise into innovation performanceby improving dynamic capability. Therefore, it is especially important to study themechanism of the synergy of internal elements and innovation performance. It helpsenterprises improve innovation ability through making good use of the synergy of technicaland non-technical elements, which is much better than one of the elements alone. Based onthe questionnaire of enterprise, this research comprehensively expounds the relationshipand the mechanism among synergy of internal elements in enterprise, dynamic capabilityand innovation performance by empirical analysis. The results show that the synergy oftechnical and non-technical elements can significantly improve total synergy of internalelements in enterprise, while the synergy of internal elements in enterprise cannot directlyimprove innovation performance. However, when dynamic capabilities are integrated asintermediary variables, the total synergy can effectively promote innovation performance.The result of this paper has a certain theoretical guiding significance for technologyinnovation.
