Research On Producer Services Agglomeration In Jilin Province

With the rapid growth of China’s economy, China’s economic structure, therehave been tremendous changes, a prominent feature is the proportion of GDP,services’ value added continues to rise, China has entered a "service economy" era.At the same time, producer services in the proportion of the total economy is alsogrowing, the contribution to economic growth continues to improve, especially inresource inventory and environmental carrying capacity reaches a critical point inthe context. The producer services has gradually become a pillar industry andeconomic development engine. In the process of development of producer services,its spatial concentration has become a prominent phenomenon. At the same time,the emergence of producer services agglomeration plays a significant role inpromoting reconstruction of urban spatial structure and regional spatial structure.Jilin Province, as an old industrial base of China, after a period of "silence", the nowgradually glow of vigor and vitality, it is undeniable that the stage of developmentfrom the perspective of services, Jilin’s producer services cluster degree is still low,there are still fragmented structure, lower level and other issues, which promptedus to combine the actual situation of Jilin Province, further analysis of the status oftheir productive service industry development trends and the impact of changesfactors, to find ways to promote its cluster development. So in summary, based onthe results of previous studies to explore the productive services in Jilin Province andits spatial evolution also has a practical urgency.Based on industry agglomeration theory and producer services theory, learnproductive services’ existing research results at home and abroad. Firstly we will usespatial Gini coefficient to measure six producer service industry’s balance in thespatial distribution of Jilin Province; Secondly we will use location entropy index tomeasure six producer services industry’s agglomeration degree nine prefecture-levelcity in Jilin and analyze its variations; Finally, from knowledge spillovers,agglomeration of manufacture, information technology level, the institutional environment, the level of urbanization to build the appropriate model, the factorsaffecting the productive service industry in Jilin Province empirical analysis to identifyfactors Jilin agglomeration of producer services industries affected significantly.The results showed that Jilin’s six producer services industries have largedifferences in spatial agglomeration; Changchun producer services has a distinctadvantage in four industries; the effects of different factors on producer servicesindustries spatial agglomeration in Jilin have significant differences.
