In today’s world economic development, but also China economy is economicdevelopment peak, competition among enterprises increasingly fierce, Chinese hasbecome the most dynamic economies, is any one country can not be underestimatedin the market, in recent years China also become cross competition of Chineseenterprises and local enterprises "battlefield" but China between local enterprisesand multinational companies is still a certain gap, now most of the Chinaentrepreneurs have been aware of this gap, in order to change this situation is tochange the overall management system. Enterprise information system, thedeepening of enterprise competition, enterprise system and resource integrationrequirements, forcing enterprises to carry out informatization construction, toimprove their own competitiveness.In order to improve in the market of COFCO Zhaodong companycompetitiveness, optimizing financial, production, marketing, logistics management,COFCO Zhaodong company decision cites ERP system. First of all, before theimplementation of the ERP system of COFCO Zhaodong company, to carry outdetailed investigation of the whole of COFCO Zhaodong company’s existing scale ofthe enterprise and the company’s existing operations, must be clear whether theZhaodong company to meet the prerequisite for the implementation of ERP system,and finally determine the necessity of implementing ERP system in the food ofZhaodong; at the same time to collect information, reference the successfulexperience of ERP system, the implementation of some other company’s suit one’smeasures to local conditions, detailed planning of the basic process of ZhaodongCOFCO group implementation of the ERP system, and the implementation process has carried on the detailed and comprehensive analysis, and lays the foundation forthe successful implementation of ERP system of COFCO Zhaodong company.This paper focuses on the planning process of COFCO Zhaodong companyERP project implementation, mainly elaborated the details in the process ofimplementing the new system of ERP points, and make detailed analysis andforecast for each stage, to ensure that the new ERP system can be carried outsmoothly. Also hope that through this study, for the informatization of enterprisemanagement, to provide some reference in scientific research project management.
