Study On The Evaluation Of Agricultural Product Circulation Modernization In Heilongjiang Province

With market reform of agricultural product circulation and the development ofagricultural modernization in Heilongjiang province, agricultural product circulationmodernization as an important part of agricultural modernization, the agricultural economydevelopment and solve the problems of the circulation play a key role, which become moreand more attention. Therefore, to make comprehensive evaluation and research for theagricultural product circulation modernization is particularly important.In order to make more scientific evaluation on agricultural product circulationmodernization in Heilongjiang province, based on the existing research, data availability andadjusted for individual indices to build the evaluation indices system of agricultural productcirculation modernization of Heilongjiang province. To use entropy method andcomprehensive evaluation method to make empirical analysis on agricultural productcirculation modernization of Heilongjiang province, and divide the level of development intofour parts to further analyze of2004~2010. The result shows that the development level ofagricultural product circulation modernization appears overall upward with fluctuation. Byanalyzing the fluctuation of indices, it can be seen that the development of agriculturalproduct circulation modernization still exist some problems, such as the agricultural productcirculation scale degree is not high, development of wholesale lag behinds and the low degreeof organization, which has brought certain obstacles to the development of agriculturalproduct circulation modernization. Thus, to accelerate agricultural product circulationmodernization, proposed the relevant suggestions such as to promote the development ofagricultural product circulation scale, to strengthen the construction of the agriculturalproducts wholesale market and to improve the degree of agricultural products systematization.
