| One of the major strategic objectives in the 21st century is to achieve agricultural modernization . Agriculture, pastoral areas ,farmers and herdsmen are the basis for China's modernization, if agricultural modernization dose not come true,the modernization of the entire national economy will not come true. Today, Quantitative evaluation of agricultural modernization has a very important practical and theoretical significance to the development of agriculture in China .Constructing of agricultural modernization index system of Etuoke and evaluating the level of agricultural modernization have very important significance. This article is on the basis of clearing the feature of the basic concepts of modern agriculture ,constructed Etuoke evaluation index system and analyzed assigned weights of all levels, then established a comprehensive evaluation model, using a large number of data to evaluat the level of the development of modern agriculture deeply. On the evaluation criteria, agricultural modernization will be divided into five stages ,that are the preparation stage , the initial stage, the initial implementation stage, basical implementation stage,and fully implementation stage.Finally, based on the reslts of evaluation ,we analyzed the status and problems of modern agriculture and animal husbandry of Etuoke and proposed the main countermeasures of agricultural development in Etuoke, that is refining the development planning of modern agriculture; paying attention to the issue of stability of employment for farmers; strengthening the dominant position of farmers and herdsmen in the market; regulating and improving the transfer of pasture land; strengthening the building of software of modern agriculture and animal husbandry ,besides, paying attention to protection of agricultural ecological environment. |
