It shows we can through the late-moveradvantage of technology to Promote the progress of their own technology, Inparticular，the foreign direct investment is mainly manifested in improving technicalefficiency, and technology transfer to China will play a positive role in technologicalprogress. It also showed the ability to mimic on the effects of technological imitationis very large, in the current, China’s human capita have the ability l to learn digestionand absorption.
