On The Change Factorss Of Cultivated Lands In Yuhong District, Shenyang City

Yuhong district is an extension of the primary load and transfer area of industrial in Shenyang, where land of construction supply pressure and land supply and demand contradiction increase every year. Cultivated lands supply and demand has become so increasingly prominent that it has become a major hazard and "bottleneck" of national economic and social development in Yuhong district. Currently in Yuhong district, one of the urgent problems to be solved is how to make the limited cultivated lands in the economic development of various industries, reasonably distribute among the various departments, and ultimately to achieve the sustainable use of cultivated lands. Most parts of cultivated lands of Yuhong district are in the urban fringe, which is also unusual in our country for the Change factorss of cultivated lands. These areas are the focus of urban-rural conflict areas. From planned economy to market economy process, the suburban development of the economy is included of the conflicts and contradictions coordination, distribution and redistribution of interest every step. With the major urban cultivated land constraints, these areas will inevitably become the focus land development areas in the future. So it has a certain reference of dynamic management of cultivated lands management in the same type of areas.In this context, the paper innovatively introduces the concept of Change factorss and research methods to the study of cultivated lands management. The paper has in-depth analysis of the Liaoning province and Shenyang city’s development situation and cultivated lands development pattern, the use of land characteristics and the law of change in Change factorss in Yuhong district, the most suitable model for forecasting trends of cultivated lands, cultivated lands drivers of change in Change factorss. The paper uses correlation analysis to examine the effect of reduction of arable land and change of drivers, and also proposes the system of Change factorss of cultivated land. The paper has important significance not only for the general ideas and suggestions in on enhancing the cultivated lands for the flood on the protection of social and economic development capacity, economic comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the strategic objectives of Yuhong district, but also for cultivated lands management of the other similar areas of urban-rural in our country.The results show that the differences between areas in using cultivated lands are not obvious in Yuhong district, the structure of land use is unreasonable; the main trend of cultivated lands change in Change factorss is that construction land and other mining towns and villages land increased significantly, as the unused land and arable land has a significant reduction.
