China’s Rural Urbanization Path And Model Research

Urbanization is the outcome of economic development, which has been attracting theattention of the government and scholars. At present our country is in a stage of rapidurbanization development, in order to better promote economic development, speed up themodernization process, the government and scholars from different Angle and differentlevel of the problems and solutions in the process of urbanization is analyzed and studied.In this paper, on the basis of the relevant academic research present situation and the basicsituation of urbanization in our country, put forward by way of rural urbanization topromote the balanced development of urbanization in our country.Based on the analysis of the development of urbanization, abroad to summarizeforeign urbanization pattern, think that foreign urbanization pattern and the main path"single tube single path" and "double tube multipath" two kinds. Through analyzing theurbanization process of our country and the Beijing Zheng Gezhuang village urbanizationand DingHaiOu zhoushan city, zhejiang province, with the analysis of the construction ofthe village ZhongXinCun, think our country’s rural urbanization model is divided into twokinds of in situ urbanization and migration urbanization, urbanization on the spotaccording to the different paths and divided into agriculture, addition on the urbanization,the third industry in situ urbanization and migration of active passive migrationurbanization and urbanization.Of urbanization in Britain, the United States, India and other countries experiences,and combined with the reality of our country, proposes the path and the mode of decisionof rural urbanization is the key to promote urbanization motivated factors, namely, thenatural environment, government regulation, infrastructure, labor quality and the industrialstructure, and analyzes the mechanism of action of these factors. On this basis put forwardsome suggestion on our country’s rural urbanization.
