| Septwolves is a well-known brand of men’s clothing in China. In recent years, the group of Septwolves involved industrial tourism into their strategic planning against the fierce competition in medium and top grade men’s clothing domestic market. Through field investigation and meeting, this paper provides an analysis of current situation of industrial tourism in Septwolves. This paper also tries to explore the strategy of the industrial tourism development via case study.Firstly, the writer take a comprehensive review of worldwide industrial tourism related literature and theory. Secondly, this paper offers the latest information of the current situation of Septwolves industrial tourism development including the existing tour activities, projects, and service provided. With the survey of the Septwolves industrial tourism consumer market, this paper reflects the market construction and satisfaction degrees of tourist and finds out the several problems in the Septwolves industrial tourism development in order to explore the strategy. The problems including lack of product diversity, insufficient customer experience, target customer market requires further development, promotion shortage, absence of industry chain merging and combine of other tourism resource, etc. Thirdly, this paper takes Tsingdao Beer-and Haier Group as examples, analyzing the problems and strategies of their industrial tourism. Lastly, against the problems addressed above, this paper provides a method of developing the Septwolves industrial tourism from fours aspects including enterprise inner strategy, government support, corporation association, and community public.This paper achieves two goals in terms of innovations as below: On one hand this paper analyzing Septwolves industrial tourism development from the strategy management view.
