After 30 years' development of China's garment industry, especially since China joined the WTO, it has achieved tremendous progress from production output to export volume. According to the commitment, with the continuous enlargement of Chinese opening-up and acceleration of trade liberalization and investment facilitation, which makes the well-known foreign garment enterprises have flocked to domestic apparel market, and then it impacts the domestic private enterprises in garment industry. Especially, under China's New Normal, China's economy has stepped in a new phase which is different from past 30 years at an average 10% high-speed growth. Starting from 2012, with the GDP growth rate and the national economic development slowing down, also China is in the transition period, the competition of apparel industry is much more serious and the externality is also more complicated than before.Septwolves Co., Ltd is a large-scale private enterprise which combines production, sales, research and development together. Currently, this enterprise is in the reform transitional period, but before the year of 2012, its development had been the leader in the garment industry. Thereafter, its development slowed down and their development strategies become a weaker part in recent years.Therefore, the expanding research of its business development strategy, the analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, and the accurate analysis of the external environment threats, existing opportunities and existing challenges could provide other clothing enterprises who are involved in the fierce competition some useful references to ensure that their enterprises could have a healthy and stable development under China's New Normal.The implementation of enterprise development strategy is an effective guarantee for the development of enterprises in the economic market environment. This paper based on marketing, enterprise development strategyand the related research of domestic and foreign. Through analyzing the economic environment in domestic and foreign, and using the PEST analytic method to analyzing the company's political, economic, social and technological environment. Compared of the garment enterprises development status in domestic and foreign, analyzing the company's internal environment generalized,using the SWOT analytic method we find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company as well as the company's opportunities and challenges.Comprehensive above, in order to ensure the company's overall development strategy being implement, according to the actual situation of company, we formulate a suitable development strategy. At the same time, we study the existing problems which the company face and put forward the function strategic plan.
