But in the period of accession to WTO, the famous international brands of clothes were so much that the market competition was day by day obviously intense. At the same time, the external environment was more and more complex.Fujian Septwolves Industrial Co., Ltd is the domestic large-scale enterprise that produces R&D and sales clothes. Though the company is towards international development, the strategic management always is a weak link, therefore it needs to conduct the research to company's developmental strategy, analysis enterprise's superiority and the inferiority, and grasp the opportunity and threat, which the external environment brings to, so that the enterprise can develop Continuously, this is the guiding ideology which this article studies.The external and internal environment analysis is the key to strategic research. Therefore this article research from the domestic and foreign environment analysis, Through analyzing company's economy, politics, the law, the population , the technology and company's outside entire garment industry environment as well as company's internal environment generalized ,We using the SWOT analytic method to find the superiority and weakness of the company facing the external environment , and at the basic of enterprise own actual situation, we formulates the enterprise developmental strategy. Simultaneously in order to complete the company overall strategic target and enhances the strategy to be possible to operate, we proposed the function strategic plan through studying the main problem which the enterprise face.
