In ten years, China Mobile Ningxia company to maintain a rapid development momentum, in recent years, especially after2011the company entered the income slowed down obviously, entered a period of steady growth, with the change of the regional economy as a whole, the regional communications market competition has become increasingly fierce competition, the market has added more attention gradually evolution for the field of double high-end customers. Under the Fierce competition, Ningxia mobile end nearly a million customer groups appear unstable factors, turnover rate, consumption level, satisfaction decreased, how efficient and accurate early warning in the high-end customer loss of value, how to effectively retain and maintain high value customer number, has become a pressing matter of the moment for Ningxia mobile work. In order to enhance the high-end customer retention performance, carry out monographic study.This paper combines the actual conditions of Ningxia Mobile Corporation and large existing data analysis, environment analysis and research is based on Ningxia mobile. In the research process, through information collection on the situation of industry area, analysis the mobile, telecom and Unicom three operators in the marketing policy, policy formulation, matching terminal publicity implement differences; with the high-end customers face-to-face exchanges and communication, understanding insufficiency to the currently existing in the service; through the internal division of responsibilities and customer service system, the understanding of the content, found the existing company in high-end customer maintenance problems. Finally, based on the analysis results of integration, the control of Ningxia Mobile Corporation’s existing organizational structure and functional characteristics, the high-end customer retention marketing suggestions for improvement, make a contribution to the development of the company.
