In recent years, WeChat got rapid development, both at home and abroad customers, wide audience. WeChat public platform in August 2012 the official opening, business organizations, media organizations, and individuals can apply for opening WeChat public accounts, absorption of fans, to carry out interaction. WeChat account has entered a public schools of thought contend, the age of flowers. During this time, a group of professional WeChat public accounts grew up rapidly. Ningxia Mobile began in June 2014 for WeChat marketing, expected by creating this new electronic channels instead of losing users favor traditional electronic channel, alleviate the pressure of the physical channel to accept the business, to explore a new kind of low cost and high interactive marketing. In this paper, starting from the theoretical knowledge of marketing management, combined with marketing theory, WeChat characteristic and the present situation of Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing, determine the advantages of Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing, make Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing competitive advantage, enhance the core competition of the Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing, make its rapid establishment of market position, expand the focus on users, improve the user experience, and then reap the benefits.This paper takes the mobile Internet era as the background, using the method of theory combining with the actual research, in according to the actual situation of Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing conducted in-depth analysis and research conditions, through the PEST environment analysis and SWOT analysis method of Ningxia WeChat marketing overall environment and their own conditions are analyzed. According to Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing opportunities and challenges, and integrated the actual situation of Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing present situation, analyzes the problems arising from the Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing work, combined with the marketing theory, put forward the improvement of Ningxia Mobile WeChat marketing strategy, makes every effort to find the effective way to solve the problem through the actual analysis.
